Saturday At the Farmers Market

Saturday at the market….kids screaming in delight….asparagus the color of grass….piglets chasing the little ones…..what is a girl to do. The closer we get to earth the healthier we’ll be…..colors, food, all natural in mind, body and hope.

Anxiety is like a knife that keeps poking…..every hour I conquer I’m my own hero …..I breathe, look at the lavender plants and live a little again. Everyone has to have hope. Our boys and women in Afghanistan, Iraq Nigeria deserve a Lavender plant…..they are defending our country and need hope.

A Farmer’s Market will bring a bit of hope to all….I can’t save everyone but I can try and save myself.
